Pyramid - part 1 |
In the land of Hyrule everyone lived peacefully and happily together. It was a great land
thought to be the promise land. Suddenly a great force known as Gannon appeared. He ruined
this great land and sent monsters to destroy it. Then Gannon found out that Hyrule just
might be the place of the Great Triforce Pyramid. The very essence of life flowed though
this great pyramid. Gannon would go to any length to rule it for if he did he would rule
life it self, being able to kill anyone he pleased with a thought. Gannon knew that the
Triforce Pyramid was buried deep within the earth. The only way to raise it was with the
Staff of Life. Gannon had obtained that staff a long time ago. But only a pure hearted man
could awake the Pyramid from it's slumber.
Gannon promised a man with a heart pure as gold that if he made
the Pyramid rise he could have any one wish. This man was Tek a mighty battle mage much as
Gannon himself. Tek rose the Pyramid, but Gannon was not true to his word. Tek full of
anger drew his sword and fought Gannon. Gannon was much stronger then Tek and slashed at
Tek with his mighty sword. Tek was killed almost instantly. Gannon climbed the Pyramid to
the very top where a whole opened and Gannon went in.
The world grew very dark and time stood still. Then clouds
covered the Pyramid as Gannon took his placed as ruler of life. People all over the world
started dyeing and monsters started appearing in packs of hundreds. Then a tiny ray of
light shined on this dark world. The ray was a newborn child, this child was known as
Link. Link grew up in this dark world giving hope to everyone he met. Gannon grew angry
and summoned to destroy Link. His powers were useless, for this child was the only hope
and not even god himself would let this child die. As Link grew from a child to a man,
seeing death around him, his friends, his family, and even his mother he was not pleased
with Gannon's doing. Link sworn to defeat Gannon and destroy this evil power. And so our story begins... |
