Old News - January, 1999
Back in action! - 1/19/99
After what seems like 9 days, and was, Zelda 64 Central is back to updates and the site. We will be adding many additions to the mail-bag, links, FAQ, and info/secrets sections of our website. Also, many more maps are on the way. We would also like to celebrate our 7-month anniversary. Since June 19, 1998, Zelda 64 Central has grown and grown to be a extremely useful Zelda 64 website.
Need visual support? - 1/19/99
Two more maps! One is another version of Ganon's Castle, and the other is the Ice Cavern. Check out these maps, and more, in the Maps Section.
Now Hiring - 1/19/99
Zelda 64 Central is now hiring staff members. There are openings for Music composers and mail-bag people. By the way, its a volunteer job, and offers no money what-so-ever.
It says file not found! - 1/10/99
This site is experiencing problems with AOL users. Some AOL users emailed us saying the pages weren't there! This is not true. Our site has been up and running for nearly the whole entire day for the last week or so. The problem comes from AOL keeping a copy of the page on their server, probably. Only AOL users have emailed us with this problem. If you DON'T use AOL, and you experience similar problems, goto the Feedback page and tell us your problems.
Top 25 Sites Central - 1/5/99
This site now owns Top 25 Sites Central. Top 25 Sites Central is a site full of Top 25 Sites. It already has 6 different categories to put your site in. If you own a site, and think you stand ontop, goto Top 25 Sites Central to sign up with the best Top 25 Sites server around. It is now officially run by us here at Zelda 64 Central.
What happened? - 1/4/99
Well, we changed the look of the whole site. This is probably a permanent change. We did this for many many reasons. Some of which are : 1.Faster loading. 2.The Links are all on the side bar, instead of at the bottom or some other place. 3. People can figure out where the Walk-throughs are more easily. 4.We like it better. Isn't that image on top really cool looking? Don't you just feel like saying 'THIS SITE ROCKS'? Tell us what you think. Email dan@z64central.com with your opinion. Actually, we 'borrowed' the layout from N64News.com, a fellow gaming site.
For all you codeboy's - 1/4/99
GameShark announced that Zelda 64 is, Infact, able to be hacked into. You need GameShark version 2.2, cheaters. If you already have a GameShark, and don't want to get another one, send it in to them, and they will upgrade it for free. Goto www.gameshark.com for more information.
Whoa momma! - 1/4/99
We added a TON of Zelda links to the Links Section. But, with a site like this, what else do you need? (just kidding, fellow site owners).
Thanks for visiting! :)
